I’m a behavioral scientist pursuing research at the intersection of intergroup relations and authenticity. In my current program of work, I take an interdisciplinary (i.e., psychology, history, anthropology, etc.) approach to investigating the benefits and costs of cultural self-expression, both in the workplace and society at large. My graduate training is primarily experimental, including field experiments and interventions, but I take great interest in observational studies, archival datasets, longitudinal designs, and other approaches as well.
