I’m a behavioral scientist pursuing research at the intersection of identity and intergroup relations. To investigate my research questions, I use interdisciplinary insights (i.e., psychology, sociology, history) to generate integrative theories of behavior, both in the workplace and society at large. My graduate training is primarily experimental, including field experiments and interventions, but I take great interest in other methodological approaches as well, like longitudinal designs, observational studies, and more.
